Frances Rompas

Frances Rompas’ video language shows a bigger picture. Framing sensitivity, complexity and non-linearity, scaling her subjects against immensely vast landscapes. Frances has received a yearlong funding from Creative Industry Fund NL in 2022, granted research funding from NL Film Fund and is nominated for K.F. Hein art stipend 2025. She likes the color purple, misty volcanoes and her rusty yellow oldtimer.
